Description

Deacon is a mobile base fitted with the Tamiya Tank tracks and the twin motor gearbox.

The chassis was designed and built for this project. The heart of the robot is a Picaxe 18X (and that is why it received an English name. English heart, english name). It has a 16x2 LCD fitted with a backpack that features a FRM101.

Its first task is line following. For that it incorporates a line follower board made with 3 LDRs and 3 white LEDs. Everything was purpose built.
